Warranty Policy
The products provided by us during the warranty period will be supported to repair, replace errors and damage during use.A. Warranty Policy
- The product is warranted for free if the product still has the warranty period calculated from the date of delivery, the product is warranted within the warranty period stated in the Warranty Book, the Warranty Stamp and in accordance with the regulations of each customer. The manufacturer is involved in all technical problems.
- There is a warranty card and warranty stamp of the company or distributor or brand on the product. In case the product does not have a serial number written on the warranty card, it must have a warranty stamp of Intech Vietnam Sheet Metal Company (including the original warranty stamp).
B. Cases not covered by warranty
- Product has expired warranty or lost warranty card.
- The barcode number, serial number on the product is unknown or wrong compared to the Warranty Card.
- Arbitrarily dismantling, repairing by individuals or technicians who are not employees of Intech Vietnam Sheet Metal Company
- The product is burnt or damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratches, damage due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disaster, fire fire, using the wrong voltage regulation
C. Warranty address
- For products directly produced by Intech Vietnam Sheet Metal Company, the warranty will be at the company's office.
