What is the ITA-01 Conveyor-Integrated Transport Robot?
It is a specialized robot designed for moving or transporting goods, components, and products. The vehicle is integrated with a belt or roller conveyor on its top, enabling automated loading and unloading of goods.- Movement functions are similar to a standard Loading AGV.
- The vehicle features an integrated belt or roller conveyor on its chassis, allowing for automated loading and unloading (Figure 5).

Applications
- This type of AGV is used for transporting goods, components, and materials within the intermediate stages of automated production lines.
- It is also utilized to transport finished products to the warehouse.
- Ideal for narrow spaces where U-turns are not possible.
- Direct load placement.
- Equipped with belt/roller conveyors to interface with system-wide automation.

Advantages
- Used to replace manual labor in transporting goods within manufacturing plants and warehouses.
- Helps connect independent automated systems without human intervention. AGVs are a key component of the Smart Factory.
- The control system allows for easy management of material flow and equipment operation.
- The conveyor-integrated AGV is a highly synchronized product, easily customizable for various tasks such as direct loading, towing carts, or integrating conveyors for inter-process transfer.
- Robots using magnetic tape navigation offer cost-effective solutions, suitable for a diverse range of customers.
Disadvantages:
The conveyor system must also communicate with the AGV through a centralized control system.
